Grain-free sandwich bread

Kind of time consuming, but worth the effort. I made my own cashew butter with 1/4 c. softened Artisana coconut butter (different from coconut oil) and 2 c. raw cashew pieces. Be sure to beat the egg white until peaks form; otherwise, the loaf won't rise enough.
 
This is the best grain-free bread I've tried so far.

I made this a few days ago......very good toasted!  We still like the WB focaccia and flaxseed crackers for most things.
