Hi from NY
« on: May 01, 2013, 03:52:06 PM »
Hello, I am new here. I have read Wheat Belly and have the cook book.  I had a very hard time with implementing the princliples.  Lots of with drawl symptoms.  I am getting tested for (SIBO) bactrial over growth and Celiac.  Does any one have experince with SIBO?
Will eating grain free help with that?  Any suggestions for withdrawl?  I know this way of eating makes sense.  I just don't know how to get thru the first week or so. (I can't eat sugar substitutes, they kill my stomach)

Welcome Dealia!

Sorry you are experiencing withdrawal symptoms.  Dr. Davis does say that can happen.

Some threads that might help you out with what to eat are:

What people are eating for breakfast -   http://wheatfreeforum.com/index.php/topic,19.0.html

What people are eating for dinner -  http://wheatfreeforum.com/index.php/topic,26.0.html

Here are some tips others have:  http://wheatfreeforum.com/index.php/topic,8.0.html

And of course, ask any question you want on the forum.  Haven't ever heard of SIBO before.
