Hello, I am new here. I have read Wheat Belly and have the cook book.  I had a very hard time with implementing the princliples.  Lots of with drawl symptoms.  I am getting tested for (SIBO) bactrial over growth and Celiac.  Does any one have experince with SIBO?
Will eating grain free help with that?  Any suggestions for withdrawl?  I know this way of eating makes sense.  I just don't know how to get thru the first week or so. (I can't eat sugar substitutes, they kill my stomach)

Sorry you are experiencing withdrawal symptoms.  Dr. Davis does say that can happen.
