Thought I'd share what I had for breakfast today.


5 eggs, sunny side up, one whole avocado, a
tablespoon of salsa, two almond flour blueberry
pecan muffins, all of it drenched in about a half
stick of butter, two heaping tablespoons of
whipped cream with vanilla, a cup of unsweetened
almond drink, and a bunch of BACON!


Who says we're depriving ourselves of anything.

Maybe it's a guy thing. I'm good with 1-2 eggs and 1/2 avocado with salsa.

After following a LCHF lifestyle since July of 2008, my stomach capacity and appetite have really changed.
A cup of Bulletproof Coffee, maybe 2 cups, in the morning.
Some kind of protein for lunch [beef,chicken,fish,eggs,pork] along with a side dish of salad or another veggie,
some nibbles during the rest of the day such as organic berries, or almonds, or gouda cheese, or pork rinds, hot green tea or iced tea, depending on the weather, and that's my daily intake.
No dinner, too well satisfied. :) :)
