Orange Cauliflower?

I just picked some of this up from the store. I had never seen it before. Anyone know how it compares to the regular kind?

I just steamed some up with broccoli and a little bit of carrots. The color is really attractive and helps with the presentation. It is sweeter than regular cauliflower. I don't know if this was because of the brand or because this might have been organic, but the florets were larger and the overall head was huge. But I liked it a lot. I'll try the purple next. I'm not too crazy about the green colored one though.
