Miracle Cauli Rice

Reading this recipe, which incorporates Shirataki Rice and Riced Cauliflower, which we all have probably made, reminded me of something else that happens to be resistant starch, at least that's what I read:  Glucomannan!  This is the ingredient in the Shirataki or Miracle noodles, and it's all fiber, so not digestible, until it gets to that lower intestine.

Be careful though, they sell a different kind in the grocery store, made with Tofu, and found in the refrigerated section of the produce area.  These are not calorie/carb free.  They do taste pretty good, but we don't really want soy, now do we.

Take a look, I might just have to order me some of this miracle rice, I've only tried the Angel Hair kind so far, but these sounds pretty darn good!
