Mayo making problems
« on: August 29, 2014, 10:12:37 AM »
For the 2nd time only since I began creating my own mayo, it would not do it's thing this morning. So frustrating! There you are, looking at those gorgeous egg yolks from happy chickens, not to mention expensive olive oil and, in this batch, I also used some avocado oil. And it is a drippy, soupy mess!

Fortunately, I found a site that gives an easy, step-by-step solution, and, it works!

I now have 1 1/2 cups of delicious homemade mayo chillin' in the fridge, to go into my coleslaw this afternoon.
