Baking Gourmet Girl's Best Zucchini Walnut Bread and her cheddar-pepper biscuits (made as a flat loaf).

Tomorrow I need to make some English Muffins and some of her bagels.

Then I can tidy my kitchen!

How did it turn out?  I've got a ton of zucchini here.

Rita, not as good as the first time I made it. I believe I baked it a bit too long and I used chia instead of the flaxseed. Discovered I really don't like the chia. I should have pulsed it in the food processor.

But when made like the recipe, it is quite good. When I made it the first time I thought it was the most wonderful thing I had put in my mouth.

The cheddar pepper biscuits sound particularly good.  You can come bake in my kitchen and I would be glad to clean for you.  The few recipes I've read with chia seeds seemed to call for grinding.  I've never used them, so let us know what you figure out with them.  They are mentioned as very healthy.
