any thoughts if these would be ok?
any better for us (or less bad for us) than a box of processed quaker oatmeal??

Only slightly less glycemic than steel-cut sugar.
Contains an avenin protein that can mimic gliadin's immune effects.
Frequently cross-contaminated with gluten.
Basically, it is the very next grain to zero out of diet after wheat, barley and rye.
