I have tried both pizza crusts! I made the pizza crust I, with the mozarella cheese and did the pesto/chicken/artichoke pizza a couple times. It's good! I didn't care for pizza crust II, made with yeast. It is too dry and bland. I put pizza sauce, sausage, carmelized shallots and cheese on that one. Although maybe i didn't use enough sauce. I made it edible by drizzling Ranch dressing on top.

Caramelized shallots....YUM. These are my next addiction.  All. By.Their. Little. Tasty. Selves. :D
