flackers

Just found a very tasty cracker called "flackers". Made with flax seed, organic herbs & spices. There are 3 flavors. I went with the "savory", has the lowest carb count. 6 crackers = 1 gram.

Dairy Free
non-GMO
nut free
vegan
gluten free

Been a very long time since I had ANY crackers, so I am looking forward to snacking on these, perhaps w/ guacamole or a small chuck of good cheddar.

I found them at my local HyVee store, which I think is primarily an Iowa grocery, not sure.

Most HyVee stores now have an awesome health food department which seems to be growing all the time. They keep adding more and more products which is a good sign that customers here in the Des Moines area are finally waking up, looking for non-GMO food, healthy organic selections, etc.

You may have to do a Google search, or perhaps try GNC?  Whole Foods?

Just checked and found them at Amazon................

Thanks Linda, I plan to check Whole Foods next time I go (2 hours away :( ...) or order online. Can't wait to try them.

Yeah, thanks, Linda!  Love crackers and haven't tried making them yet.  Just doesn't sound like anything but a lot of work so buying them already made gets my attention!  :)
