Cherry Cobbler

This is pretty simple, I used Abundant Life Foods Pie Crust Mix and a gluten free can of cherry pie filling - it was really good and easy to make.

eddyw,

The ingredients in the mix you posted are: rice flour, tapioca flour, organic sugar cane juice and sea salt.  There are approximately 400 grams of carbohydrates in this box of 2 pie crusts mix (9"), not counting any filling.  That would mean 50 carbs alone for a 1/8 slice of the pie, not counting fillings.  On this site we try to share recipes which enable us to stay under 50 grams of carbohydrates for the entire day.  In addition the pure starch and sugar juice is highly glycemic, raising your blood sugar very high very quickly.
