I drink green tea every day. I've been doing this for nearly eleven years. I even make sure I have it with me when I go on vacation or out of town overnight. I'm addicted to it in the morning. I have no idea if it's doing anything all that wonderful for me, but I heard once that it was good for us so I started drinking it when I found out I was diabetic and went off all juices, soft drinks, etc. Now I just have to have it :) I don't adhere to any one brand specifically, but I usually buy Uncle Lee's Organic Green Tea. Works for me.

Same here. I just "discovered" iced green tea, and it's helping to greatly increase my fluid intake. I make a "healthified" version of Lipton's diet green tea with citrus.

I recently found a delicious green tea, wonderful flavor, calming and comforting on cold, winter afternoons.

Well, I see I started this thread myself back in June :) Strangely I just started drinking said tea that I bought in June 3 days ago. I read from a link that one of you posted that you get even more good effects by squeezing fresh lemon juice in it. I've been enjoying it. I bought decaf...do you think that's as beneficial?

I cold brew my green tea often. I find it is less bitter this way.

I take a pitcher of filtered water (holds about 74 ounces)
I add 10 bags of green tea
and let it steep over night.

I love green tea, drink it warm in winter, iced in summer. Be careful with some of the flavored ones they started putting soy in them. Why?
