How many of you are drinking Matcha? It's a green tea powder, but made with young tea leaves that are grown in the shade.
I just started drinking it a few weeks ago, and have to say I love it. I make it with some frothed milk. Very yummy.
I was just reading about the health benefits of Matcha here:

Matcha has about 34mg of caffeine, while coffee has about 95mg.

Matcha?

I'm concerned about the caffeine. I drink 2 cups of 1/2 caff coffee in the morning...then 1 cup of decaf green tea (from tea leaves) late morning. I seldom drink any other tea. I drink water with meals...wine with dinner.
What brand are you drinking? I'm really interested because it says it helps with inflammation. Thanks!
