Jan, I got to this link from your mercola link on cancer and the ketogenic diet.


This is such a confirmation that what we're doing is the right thing.. It's right down the line on cholesterol, blood sugar, saturated fats, fiber, processed meats, etc...a GREAT read, especially important to me because I have a history of a-fib and the accompanying risk of stroke.
