Have made this superb crust a couple of times now and even used one as a crust for a silverbeet and feta pie.
(Just cut a whole crust rectangle in half and use one half for the bottom and the other for the top with filling between -
wrapped the "pie" in baking/parchment paper and baked in a snug fitting dish.)
