Just want to be sure that psyllium husks are okay as I have a great recipe for bread with nuts, seeds and psyllium.

No problem as long as:
  • it's just psyllium, and
  • you understand it's bowel effects.
Psyllium is a common primary ingredient in "regularity" preparations, so it can, umm, accelerate your outcomes. When used as a recipe ingredient, this effect may be reduced.

It's also quite hygroscopic, and some have concerns that taking it with meds or supplements might cause it to absorb them. When used as a recipe ingredient, this may not be a risk.
