Any information from Doctor Davis about red palm oil? I don't find anything in the WB book. I got some Nutiva organic red palm oil that is mighty tasty. I hope it is a healthy oil!

It looks like red palm oil is nutritionally superior to regular palm oil.....lots more vitamin A. But with that said, while it might or might not be WB friendly may be beside the point.....it is not earth friendly!

Thankfully, the label on the Nutiva brand addresses the issue and says it is habitat friendly . No rainforests or orangutan habitats. Grown in Equador on small organic family farms. We partner with Natural Habitats to promote sustainable agriculture.

So I guess I can enjoy my red palm oil!
