Gourmet Girl often posts her breakfast brussels sprout hash (cooked with bacon or sausage). I'm not wild about brussels sprouts, but occasionally I do buy them.

For our Christmas dinner, I cooked a sirloin roast and threw in a pound of brussels sprouts along with the mushrooms, onions, & celery. 

This morning I decided to try to hash with the left over brussels sprouts. I pulled off some of the roast and sautéed with mushrooms & onions. Served with cage free over easy eggs.

Oh my golly--this was so good. It was seasoned to perfection since the roast and brussels sprouts were cooked together in the crock pot.  The sprouts didn't really taste like sprouts.

Highly recommend this as a breakfast treat.
