You'll need to make the paleo brownie for this recipe.

In a blender;

1 can (14 oz) full fat organic coconut milk (or homemade)
1/3 cup xyla
1 tbsp organic vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp lemon juice

Add 1/4 tsp xantham gum in the last minute and continue blending.

Pour into the ice cream maker and process for about 25 minutes.

Add 1/4 cup chopped or crumbled paleo brownie ( I froze mine before adding) and process for another 5 minutes.

Transfer to a freezer container and store.
