Title: Sleep problems lately...
Post by: hismaimai2000 on September 24, 2018, 01:57:07 AM
so, we started this WOE on Monday. Tues, Wed and Thur nights I have not been sleeping well. I have been far too alert! Takes me a long time to fall asleep and then I wake up far more often than usual for me. Is that a common reaction? I don't mind being more alert during the day, but nights are for sleeping!

I have not had that issue.  Hope it resolves for you.  I don't
see how more starch or sugar could help though.

Which WOE, and if Undoctored or Wheat Belly, based on what reference information?
