Wheat Free Recipes / Raspberry and Almond Cake

50g spelt/rice flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 large eggs
300g unrefined caster sugar
330g ground almonds
100g fruit/raspberry/blueberry (Frozen is better, as they don't break up as much when stirring in)
Put flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs and mix
add the almonds and mix and fruit and mix. Spread into tin and sprinkle with flaked alomnds.
9 inch tin, 150 degrees c over for 40-50 mins.
