I love eggs so usually have 1 boiled egg
and 3 egg whites mashed with a dollop
of cocoanut oil plus a cup of blueberries.
Sometimes I have 3/4 cup of plain Greek
Yogurt with 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
and a tsp of honey.

I made those muffins. Not crumbly and quite tasty except maybe next time I would add a little sweetener( didn't add any) with the applesauce as they were a little bland. My favorite is the Banana Blueberry muffins...yum!! Both would be a good car snack.

I started the Wheat free plan to lose weight
and feel better. As I mentioned in my intro
I have lost weight, now total of 10 lbs in
8 weeks. The few health issues that I had
also seem to be slowly disappearing. I
had a meltdown type of day on Sunday..
feeling blue & low energy..just wondering
if I may have inadvertently ingested wheat?
Feel great today, chronic sinus symptoms
gone and haven't use Flonase for a few weeks!!
I live in Nova Scotia, Canada and Dr Davis
Is speaking nearby tomorrow night so disappointed that I
can't go see him because of prior commitments!

I started my Wheat free journey about 6 weeks
ago, after reading Wheat Belly.I have lost 8 lbs
and notice a change in body shape.
I haven't noticed a big change
in my health. I am overall healthy but have
been experiencing a problem with swelling,
discomfort in one leg and most recently a
constant ringing in one ear. Also experiencing
a lot of workplace stress so this may be impeding
weightless and improved well being?
Any thoughts?
