I used to dredge my trout/salmon/char in a seasoned flour mixture, then fry it. I usually make a cream and mustard sauce to finish it.

I decided to dredge the fish in just coconut flour, v tight gel real reviews and that not only worked well, but made an even nicer crispy finish on the fillets.
Yum!  I'll have to try that.
